AgroIntelli Robotti vs Conventional Farming
Dresden, ON
Project Description
This project compares the financial performance of agricultural robotics and conventional equipment in corn production. Using Farm Credit Canada’s AgExpert, costs, operations, and returns were tracked and analyzed across two fields managed by Ontario farmer Mark Richards—one using AgroIntelli’s Robotti for planting and fertilizing, and one using traditional machinery. By comparing inputs, equipment, and operating costs, the project highlights the economic potential of AgRobotics and helps farmers assess risk when adopting new technology.
